History of La Cité Ablaze

The group was composed of various famed individuals from the worlds of art, literature etc.
Activities
To mark their arrival in style, a huge event was organised involving parades, plays, music and more.
At the end of the night; the city was set alight in a display designed by Achille Rouquet. Thus it became an annual event upon the request of Mr Rouquet.
